Telesales & Inside Sales
PRISM Marketing provides Telesales, Inside Sales, Virtual Selling Channels (Self-service) and Full Account Management (FAM) Solutions. These services are intended to address today's major sales challenges. Sales organizations are being restructured and expected to do more with less resources, resulting in a larger segment of the installed customer base being effectively neglected (80-20 rule).
Our solutions are designed to enhance and extend (or replace) a company's current sales efforts by its inside and outside sales groups.
